Maybe I should have started blogging by defining first of all what IT actually is.

Since IT continuously shapes his definition, this document will try to also reflect that accordingly.

Indeed, Gen Y has been causing many trouble to some old managers who didn't know how to "manage"/handle these kids...

By researching at Obama's website, I was amazed at the media set up they've got... Really, I'm not a US citizen, but it made me want to vote for him!
